Muhammad Saleem Koul received his B.Sc degree in electrical engineering

from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan,

in 1993, the M.S.E.E degree in electrical engineering from the University

of Texas at Arlington, in 1999, and and is currently affiliated with the

Multimedia Processing Lab working towards his Ph.D. degree in electrical

engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

From 1994 to 1996 he was a research engineer at the Informatics Complex,

Islamabad, Pakistan. In 1997 he was an instructor at the University of

Texas at Arlington. He is currently working at Motorola inc., Fort Worth

Texas as a Senior Staff Software Engineer. His current research interests

include digital image and video processing, multimedia processing, video

quality and performance issues.
